1. Scope of work
- Ensure timely renewal and application of licenses required for equipment and facilities (e.g., gas, electrical, sfa, etc.)
- Maintain a master list of licenses and expiry dates for all outlets.
- Coordinate inspections, submissions, and documentation with relevant authorities and third-party vendors.
- Schedule site visits and follow-ups.
- Ensure vendors comply with safety, quality, and timing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal SOPs.
- Maintain a calendar of scheduled servicing (e.g. fire safety equipment, contract services, ad-hoc tasks).
- Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out on time to reduce breakdowns.
- Maintain organized records of licenses, applications, inspection reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare regular updates for the management team on status and compliance.
- Assist in handling general maintenance administrative tasks when necessary, such as work order tracking and preventive maintenance
scheduling.
- Act as the central point of contact between outlet managers and the maintenance team / vendor.
- Provide updates and status reports to operations or facilities head.
