Role Overview:
• Lead the maintenance teams to carry out calibration, breakdown repairs and modification of projects.
• Drive continuous machine and procedure improvement program.  
• Ensure Breakdown Maintenance records and procedures are well maintained. To revise the procedures as and where applicable.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all documentation & instructions pertaining to equipment inclusive of preparing work instruction and procedure for calibration, repair and troubleshooting.
• Schedule and execute Daily Breakdown Maintenance for production/plant equipment.
• Liaise with external vendor to carry out on facilities equipment service & repair.
• MTBF on equipment spare reliability & substitute for obsolete spare part.
• OJT for new maintenance technicians.

Required Qualifications

-    ITE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical or industry relevant technical training
