This is a high-impact opportunity designed to accelerate your career growth by working directly with a founder across ventures in HR, tech, media, and new business creation. You'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, executing deals, and managing cross-functional projects — not as an observer, but as a key contributor. We are seeking a driven and adaptable individual who thrives in dynamic environments and can operate effectively across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, execution-focused, and eager to gain broad exposure to business operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Execute Strategic Initiatives: Take charge of high-priority projects from planning through execution. This may include launching new business verticals, refining internal processes, or supporting commercial initiatives with clear performance metrics.
  • Cross-Company Deployment: Be assigned to various companies or ventures within the portfolio, depending on business needs. You may support due diligence for new investments, assist with early-stage business build-outs, or help scale existing operations.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Serve as a point of contact across teams such as product, marketing, media, and operations to ensure alignment and continuity.
  • On-the-Ground Execution: Take ownership of operational tasks including vendor sourcing, location scouting, and workflow testing. This involves validating assumptions quickly and ensuring decisions are based on actionable data.
  • Independent Problem Solving and Decision Making: Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, balancing speed with accuracy. You’ll be expected to work with minimal supervision and take full accountability for outcomes.
  • Strategic Exposure and Learning: Work closely with the founder and senior leadership on matters such as market analysis, business model refinement, and team development. This provides firsthand insight into how decisions are made and businesses are built from the ground up.

Requirements:

  • A strong academic background or a proven track record of self-initiated projects, ventures, or problem-solving beyond the classroom.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English — clear thinking leads to clear writing and speaking.
  • Highly organised, resourceful, and able to conduct deep research and structure insights effectively.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and pace — you can adapt quickly, make sound decisions, and navigate uncertainty without a detailed playbook.
  • A growth mindset and the discipline to execute with excellence, even when no one is watching.
