Job Description & Requirements
- A valid class 3 driving license is a MUST (Manual vehicles only)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role is preferred, preferably in the real estate or property services industry (On the job training can be arranged)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver to deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and service providers
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Familiarity with workplace safety and regulatory requirements in the industry
