The Management Trainee is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on training in various aspects of sales and business management. You will receive mentorship, exposure to different business functions and valuable experience to accelerate your growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, follow-ups and business management.
- Participate in structured training programs to learn about business and sales strategies.
- Engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare performance updates to senior management during meetings.
Qualifications:
- Local Diploma or Degree Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or no experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
