We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, managing staff, and driving overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Handle staff performance, conduct evaluations, and resolve conflicts
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and other administrative duties
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service
- Assist with marketing promotions and implement business strategies to increase revenue
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and customer service
- Willing to work rotating shifts (day/night)
- Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to commit to long hours when required
- Proficient in English (other languages a plus)
