Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure the salon environment meets hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage product stock levels, supplier orders, and cost control.
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly reports on sales, expenses, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification; business or retail management preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail or beauty service management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
