Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead the growth and acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing mobile product take-up through the development of new digital and physical channels, strengthening partnerships, and optimizing acquisition strategies to drive subscriber growth and product penetration.
You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan and execute high-impact campaigns and programs that improve gross adds, acquisition ROI, and customer reach.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Channel Development (Online & Offline)
- Identify, establish, and grow new acquisition channels including digital affiliates, strategic websites, and offline partnerships.
- Engage affiliate and advocacy platforms that align with the brand and customer base.
- Design competitive yet optimized incentive and commission structures to attract and retain channel partners.
2. Channel Expansion and Optimization
- Strengthen and scale existing acquisition channels (both paid and organic).
- Launch timely campaigns and promotions to maximize channel performance and partner contribution.
3. Product Penetration and Profitability
- Drive efficient and profitable sell-through of mobile products.
- Optimize Cost to Acquire (CAC) while maintaining healthy product margins.
- Strategically align channel partners to targeted product-audience fit so as to maximize ROI.
4. Channel Health and Performance
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure mutual growth.
- Monitor channel KPIs and implement improvements to enhance partner engagement and performance.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Product Marketing: Collaborate on product launch strategies and feedback integration for improved market fit.
- Marketing: Co-develop channel-specific campaigns; provide insights for better creative and messaging performance.
- Commercial Team: Coordinate on commission schemes, promotional spend optimization, and margin achievement.
- Finance: Ensure timely and accurate processing of partner commissions and incentives.
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven experience in managing full-funnel marketing and acquisition campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Strong project management skills, including managing external agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, e-commerce tactics, and digital growth mechanics.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Affiliate Marketing, Digital Acquisition, Partner Sales, or Growth Marketing.
- Industry experience in Telecommunications, Digital Services, E-commerce, or FinTech preferred.
