The Singapore Cardiac Data Bank (SCDB) is seeking a Manager to lead our multi-centre clinical data initiatives. As the Manager, you will oversee the establishment of SCDB clinical modules, manage financial operations, and coordinate with Scientific Committees across participating hospitals. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, stakeholder management, database infrastructure development, and ensuring robust data management protocols.

Job requirements:
- Master degree (preferably in Medical Sciences, Health Sciences, Statistics/Biostatistics/Mathematics) with 5-8 years’ experience in healthcare clinical data warehouse/registry, including 3 years in a supervisory role. Experience in cardiovascular medicine is preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in clinical database systems and statistical tools (R, SAS, SPSS or Minitab), with proven ability in statistical programming and data interpretation
- Track record of publications in international journals and experience in securing National Grant Awards
- Strong leadership qualities and analytical skills, with attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
- Documented proof of:
(i) Measles (or MMR - Mumps, Measles and Rubella) vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity; and
(ii) Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) vaccination received within the last 10 years, as required for all healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act.
