Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture and 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
- 3 years of experience in system architecture and reading code (e.g., Python).
- 2 years of experience managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment or customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Conversational AI, telecommunications, networking, or contact centers.

As the manager for Partner Solutions Engineer team, you will play a critical role in fueling the rapid growth and adoption of mobile connectivity and communication technologies with carriers. Your mission will be to establish, nurture, and expand technical partnerships and alliances with key ecosystem partners - carriers to ensure overall Android and cross-platform success. Responsibilities
- Take charge of the technical dimensions of our ecosystem partnership (carriers, ECS providers, aggregators), encompassing launches, interoperability testings, new feature alignments to ensure seamless integration of Android connectivity and cross platform RCS messaging technologies.
- Serve as the technical expert for Android connectivity technologies, RCS messaging protocols, providing partners with guidance, support, and solutions that enhance the overall use and cross-platform integration of the technology. You will troubleshoot technical issues (both on network and application layer), propose innovative solutions, and ensure partners have the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
- Travel to partner sites as necessary to foster relationships, understand specific requirements, and provide targeted technical support, ensuring the success of our collaborative initiatives.
