Job Responsibilities
New Hire Training, Upskill training as well as New Process Training
- Continuously review and implement structured onboarding programs to ensure new hires gain a strong understanding of company products, processes, and service expectations.
- Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions that promote job confidence and readiness.
- Designs and implements annual skills assessments and recertification programs to ensure ongoing competency and compliance.
Program Development:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids.
- Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
- Analyzes current call trends to identify knowledge gaps and integrates insights into training modules for continuous improvement.
Continuous Learning:
- Oversee ongoing learning initiatives such as skills development workshops, coaching sessions, and digital learning.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
Performance & Engagement:
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance post-training. Identify learning gaps and recommend targeted interventions to enhance productivity and service quality.
Attrition & Retention Analysis:
- Track and analyze early attrition trends and key drivers during training. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to recommend strategies that improve employee retention and long-term engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with department heads and team leaders to align training initiatives with operational needs and performance goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with min 3 to 4 years of working experience in Banking / Training
- Good communication skills
- Able to work with different levels stakeholders
- Proficient in Analysis and MS Office Tools
