• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s wholesale and retail operations both locally and regionally.
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, procurement, and store operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure the company remains competitive in pricing and product offerings.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in wholesale/retail/FMCG sectors, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in cross-border transactions.
• Familiarity with Singapore's retail regulations and trading compliance.
