The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Executive in executing marketing strategies and campaigns within the automotive industry. This role involves assisting with event coordination, marketing preparation, campaign tracking and administrative support to ensure timely and effectively of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibilty and contribute to sales performance.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaign Support
- assit in executing marketing programs across print, digital and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for campaign implementation
- Support in evaluating performance, preparing reports ans summarizing findings
2. Marketing Collateral & Point of Sales Materials
- Prepare, update and manage Point of Sales (POS) materials and showroom collaterals
- Assit in designing basic ad-hoc marketing materials as needed
3. Event Management
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, roadshows, product launches
- Liaise with suppliers and event organizers to ensure smooth event execution
- Provide on-site assistance during marketing events
4. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and assist in collecting market data to support strategic planning
- Provide research inputs to assist the Marketing executive in decision making
- Maintain marketing schedules, calendars and databases
- Ensure all marketing plans and materials are delivered according to project timelines
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Support the Head of Sales and Sales Manager with marketing documentation and campaign related updates
- Track and report on marketing activity performance and expenses
Requirements
Requirement
- Diploma in Marketing, business or related field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in marketing or administrative support role, preferably in automotive or related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an added advantages
- Strong organisational skills and attendtion to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
- A proactive and resourceful attitude with willingness to learn
