We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead revenue initiatives for one of Singapore’s most distinguished retail portfolios. As the key revenue leader within the Marketing Communications division, you will oversee premium asset utilisation – from casual leasing of atrium and advertising spaces to sponsorships and bespoke promotional opportunities. Your role will shape commercial strategy, inspire a talented team, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to elevate revenue performance while enhancing brand prestige.

Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and implement innovative strategies to maximize revenue potential across high-value retail assets.
- Cultivate relationships with leading brands, advertisers, and event partners, securing partnerships that reflect the property’s elevated positioning.
- Ensure exceptional utilization of commercial spaces through precise booking strategies and seamless execution.
- Deliver insightful revenue reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate sponsorships and leasing initiatives with flagship campaigns and premium customer engagement programmes. Inspire and guide a dedicated team, fostering excellence, accountability, and commercial creativity.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Events Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in mall marketing communications, casual leasing, or advertising sales, preferably within a large-scale, high-profile retail environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills with proven results in achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Strategic mindset with strong financial acumen and the ability to deliver under pressure.
- Leadership capability to develop talent and drive high performance.
