Job Description
Brand Management
- Engage in the conceptualisation and development of digital content and collaterals while ensuring compliance with brand positioning, brand standards and usage guidelines
- To help identify new growth opportunities for brands and businesses through a combination of market research, consumer research and industry intel
- Develop and nurture network of internal/external specialists to collaborate on growth opportunities
- Work across disciplines and stakeholders to deliver brand and business outcomes.
Marketing and Communications
- Execute innovative marketing campaigns and oversee their successful implementation
- Able to work closely with various important stakeholders, both internal and external. To gain their support, buy-in and interest in our marketing and communication efforts and campaigns
- Ensure visibility of our various restaurant brands and to retain and/or acquire new customers
- Generate insights for improving content marketing efforts and social media campaigns. Support demand-generation activities by identifying content opportunities LES AMIS GROUP
- Develop more digitally oriented planning skills alongside the core craft (e.g. social listening, web analytics, content planning considering SEO)
- Coordinate, organise and host media food tastings, internal/external photoshoots, events
- Assist in marketing content to socialise and use for social media purposes (e.g. videos briefs, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
- Develop engaging, innovative and creative content to engage audiences
- Demonstrate understanding of emerging channels/platforms like social media, video, and content partnerships in relation to media mix
- Assist in production of marketing collaterals in support of marketing activities
- Manage marketing or campaign budgeting/reporting and able to provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Work closely with the creative department to develop engaging, innovative, and creative content to engage audiences
- Support the marketing and communication team in any/all aspects of responsibility when required
- Assist in the creation and management of corporate decks, documents, reports, website and other assets needed for group communications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications or a related field is preferred
- Must write well and have a strong command of the English language. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as convincing presentation skills and ability to lead stakeholders.

- Genuine interest in emerging social/mobile/digital trends
- Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically; highly proactive and adaptive. Comfortable in a data-driven business environment and able to pivot readily
