- Asset Management : Oversee the creation and maintenance of banners, landing pages, and other assets across various platforms to ensure the smooth execution of monthly marketing initiatives.
- Shop-in-Shop Content Maintenance : Ensure all content on shop-in-shop pages is regularly updated and aligned with current promotions and business goals.
- Creative Brief Development : Collaborate with creative agencies to develop content briefs based on business requirements and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Product Listing Updates : Ensure that product details and information are consistently updated on the website in a timely manner.
Social Media
- Social Media Calendar Management : Plan and manage the social media content calendar, driving engagement and increasing audience interaction.
- Retailer Collaboration : Work closely with retail partners to schedule social media posts and create compelling post copy.
- Facebook Ads Management : Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns to support marketing objectives and drive performance.
Reporting
- Ad & Performance Reporting : Prepare detailed reports on ad performance and monthly online results, ensuring timely delivery of insights.
- Follow-Up on Media Buy Results : Monitor and follow up with retailers regarding the performance of media buys and paid campaigns.
- Marketing Deck Updates : Regularly update decks that outline monthly marketing initiatives and performance.
- Budget Tracking : Monitor and track marketing budgets to ensure alignment with allocated spending.
Other Responsibilities
- Customer Chat Support : Assist in responding to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring timely and accurate replies.
- Additional Ad-Hoc Tasks : Perform other assigned tasks, including managing marketing solutions on platforms like Shopee & Lazada and search-related activities.
