Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Support event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, email marketing tools).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
