As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be part of a passionate, hands-on team, supporting brand, campaign, and outlet-level marketing activities. You’ll assist in both digital and on-ground initiatives—ensuring that our promotions not only look great, but drive engagement too.
Job Description:
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the company website and other digital channels with accurate, timely content.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), working closely with the appointed agency to ensure execution aligns with the campaign.
- Coordinate the monthly newsletter: assist in layout, prepare visuals, and execute the final send via Mailchimp.
- Manage and update Google My Business listings and assist in replying to reviews.
- Support the execution and communication of the Brotzeit Loyalty Program , including member promotions and engagement activities.
- Liaise with landlords’ marketing teams to submit campaign details, artwork, and POSM materials on time.
- Monitor and respond to general inquiries received via email and social media, escalating them to the relevant team as needed.
- Coordinate with in-house designers to brief on marketing artwork, assist with revisions, and manage task timelines.
- Work closely with outlet teams (Front and Back of House) to support campaign rollouts, POSM distribution, and feedback collection.
- Communicate with appointed vendors for POSM production and delivery, ensuring timelines and quality are met.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning and content development.
- Schedule and publish LinkedIn content based on approved topics.
- Assist in extracting and compiling marketing reports, campaign metrics, and ad performance whenever relevant and needed.
- Stay updated with marketing trends and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the marketing department.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or relevant internship experience (F&B industry a bonus)
- Familiarity with CRM tools or customer loyalty programs is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Meta Business Suite or Facebook/Instagram ad platforms as well as TikTok Ads is a plus
- Proficient in Canva or other basic design tools
- Strong writing and communication skills in English
- Creative and innovative
- Good attention to detail
- Organised, responsive, and able to multitask across projects
- Team player with a “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated – ability to manage campaigns with minimum of supervision.
- Comfortable working on-site and engaging directly with outlet teams
