Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive specializing in Beauty and Wellness to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, along with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our brand, increasing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop & Implement Marketing Strategies
- Design and execute comprehensive campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business goals.
2. Brand Promotion
- Strengthen brand presence in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Execute impactful campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty.
3. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement.
4. Content Creation
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Ensure all content reflects our brand voice and connects with our audience.
5. Market Research
- Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Use insights to identify growth opportunities.
6. Influencer Partnerships
- Build relationships with beauty and wellness influencers.
- Plan and execute influencer-driven campaigns.
7. Event Management
- Organize events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution.
8. Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports. Recommend improvements based on data.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field.
- Proven marketing experience in beauty/wellness (retail or hospitality preferred).
- Strong understanding of industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with innovative thinking.
- Skilled in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Short notice preferred.
