We are a fast-growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand in Singapore, passionate about serving great chicken and creating memorable dining experiences for our customers. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support our Marketing Team in delivering exciting campaigns and initiatives that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns (in-store promotions, seasonal launches, new product introductions).
- Provide support in digital marketing activities, including campaign preparation, content coordination with agencies, and basic reporting.
- Support community management by engaging with customers on social media (e.g., replying to comments and messages on Facebook/Instagram).
- Help with local store marketing initiatives and community engagement activities.
- Conduct basic market research on customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Assist in performance tracking by compiling campaign reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., delivery aggregators, media, agencies) to ensure smooth campaign rollout.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong interest in the F&B and QSR industry .
- Diligent, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital or social media platforms is a plus but not required.
