Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to APAC markets
- Align regional initiatives with global brand vision and objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and tailor brand messaging for cultural relevance across markets
- Plan and maintain an integrated media and content calendar across the region, ensuring alignment with product launches, seasonal moments, cultural events, and global campaigns
- Collaborate with local agencies and in-house teams to adapt and activate campaigns
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize for ROI
- Coordinate with country managers and distributors to ensure consistent brand execution Own and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a regional APAC role
- Background in consumer brands (e.g., CPG, lifestyle, electronics, beauty, wellness)
- Strong understanding of APAC consumer behaviors and cultural nuances
- Proven experience managing regional media calendars and integrated campaigns Thrives in a cross functional environment, with experience leading cross functional teams
