Job Description
- Drive lead generation activities to build and manage prospective student/parent databases for enrolment
- Support go-to-market launch strategies for new products, integrations, and campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across both online and offline platforms
- Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Create, optimise, and coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials (banners, newsletters, videos, emailers, printed collaterals, etc.) in collaboration with creative teams
- Lead or support large-scale virtual and physical events, promotions, and communication campaigns
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to design integrated campaigns that drive growth and customer engagement
- Produce effective product marketing content, templates, and presentations to support business goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of initiatives Streamline marketing operations and support continuous process improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital and/or product marketing (experience in the education industry is an advantage)
- Proven track record in lead generation, content marketing and copywriting, with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in ad serving and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills Knowledge of the tuition/education industry and Sitefinity is an added advantage
