Job Descriptions
- Coordinating events for the Marketing and Sales/Clinical teams
- Developing marketing/branding campaigns and organizing events.
- Serving as system administrator for Grant, AdProm and Coupa for the commercial team.
- Preparing materials for product brochures, training presentations, sales data analysis, and forecasting.
- Collaborating with the sales team to provide execution support and optimize sales aids and medical publications.
- Planning and executing marketing activities within the approved operating expense budget.
- Assisting the manager in analyzing the competitive environment and developing a sustainable competitive strategy
- Managing key strategic projects that engage cross-functional team members to ensure implementation of the strategy and delivery of performance.
- Building partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and patient associations to drive brand and product credibility
- Other projects may be assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Candidates with mixed experience in sales and marketing are preferred.
- Proven track record of consistent performance in sales or marketing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and excellent digital skills.
- Self-motivated with strong communications skill and strong business sense
- Creative thinker with a flair for writing and design using Canva
- Good interpersonal skill and a team player
- Good project management and execution of campaigns
- Knowledge in excel skill (analysis data, forecast & sales performance tracking)
