Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on production, packaging, and critical utility systems (compressed air, steam, refrigeration, water treatment).
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, including general mechanical tasks such as welding, basic electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Install new equipment and calibrate process instruments (e.g., tank load cells, fillers).
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors and support equipment improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and OHSAS standards under the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Manage engineering tools and equipment, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
