Job Title: Netball Coach (Primary/ Secondary School Level)

Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Netball Coaches to join our team to train and mentor school students ( mostly ages 13–17) across various schools in Singapore. The coach will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging training sessions, instilling values of sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork, and preparing students for inter-school competitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular training sessions (2–3 times per week) in line with the school’s Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) schedule.
- Teach and reinforce fundamental netball skills, strategies, and rules.
- Develop players’ physical fitness, coordination, and teamwork.
- Prepare students for National School Games (NSG) and other inter-school competitions.
- Monitor and assess individual and team progress.
- Provide mentorship and motivation to students to build confidence and resilience.
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
- Liaise with school teachers and CCA coordinators regarding students’ development and training matters.
Requirements:
- Prior experience coaching netball, ideally at the school or youth level.
- Strong knowledge of the game’s rules, techniques, and coaching strategies.
- MOE IRS (Instructor Registration System) registration is a strong advantage.
- Relevant coaching certifications from recognized bodies (e.g., NCAP, SG-Coach, Netball Singapore) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit to training sessions during school terms and attend competitions when required.
- Passion for youth development and education through sports.

- Coaching sessions are typically held on weekdays in the afternoons (CCA hours), with occasional weekend competitions.
