Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
- Create and maintain project schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues,
- Dependencies).
- Ensure alignment of deliverables and priorities across internal teams and external vendors.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Track and manage internal teams’ deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison for business and technical stakeholders.
- Deliver status updates, dashboards, and executivelevel presentations. Escalate risks, delays, or dependencies proactively to ensure project success.
Project Governance & Quality Assurance
- Apply best practices in project governance and reporting, maintaining transparency at all levels.
- Enforce quality checkpoints for deliverables from Technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement.
Tools & Methodologies
- Proficient in modern project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel (for analysis, RAID tracking, dashboards) and PowerPoint (for stakeholder and executive presentations). Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Use RAID logs, RACI matrices, Gantt charts, burndown charts, and dashboards to track progress and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience managing network infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to manage internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Knowledge of network technologies (WAN, LAN, Load Balancers , firewalls) for effective discussions with technical leads (not handson).
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, SAFe, or ITIL are advantageous
