As a Nursing Admin Assistant, you will support the nursing department and work closely with the multi-disciplinary team on the daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and assist nursing leaders and nursing team
- Prepare and process new admissions
- Collate and compile Clinical Quality Indicators
- Writing of minutes for nursing meetings
- Upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures
- Coordination of Outpatient appointments for nursing home residents
- Collating of training records for staff
- Upkeep and collation of Vaccination records for residents and staff
- Collation and upkeep of residents database for ACP/PPC
- Other related duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Excellent communicator
- Able to understand the needs of residents
- Good understanding of legislation and policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications include Sharepoint
- Relevant experience in healthcare sector an added advantage
