Responsibilities:
- Compute calorie counts and nutrition values when required for menu
- Compute menu into school’s menu system, monitor changes and advice according to guidelines as required daily
- Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and development
- Design and implement healthy initiatives for institutions
- Develop nutrition labels when required
- Ensure compliance to government law and company policies
- Be contact point for nutrition with institutional clients
- Conduct trainings for staff and engagement for students
- Assist Senior Nutritionist when required and other ad hoc work when assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and/or Dietetics or equivalent from a SNDA recognized institution.
- Registered with SNDA
- 1-3 years’ experience minimal
- Proficient in IT systems (MS Office)
- Experience in menu planning and food service management within school setting would be advantageous
