[What the role is]

As a key member of the Planning Office, you will play a critical role in shaping Republic Polytechnic’s (RP’s) strategic direction. You will be responsible for conducting horizon scanning of local and global trends, researching emerging trends, and analysing future scenarios to inform institutional strategies. Drawing on these insights, you will develop strategic recommendations that support the formulation of RP’s medium- to long-term plans. This role is pivotal in supporting senior leadership by identifying opportunities and risks, enabling evidence-based decision-making and advancing RP’s institutional vision.
