Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations across departments (e.g. logistics, supply chain, sales ops, customer service, etc.)
- Lead and manage a team of supervisors and staff to ensure high productivity and morale
- Implement SOPs to maintain operational efficiency and service consistency
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement activities, and stock movement (if applicable)
- Track operational KPIs, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, legal, and quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process optimization
- Lead initiatives related to expansion, new site openings, or operational scaling
- Maintain vendor and supplier relationships (if relevant)
