Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the site work at side with customers
- Maintain and update project documentation and drawings.
- Coordinate with sales team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Answer incoming calls and offering guidance to customer.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Provide coaching and guidance to production team and fulfill all training needs for their future development
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
- Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
