Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes
At least 4-5 years of experience
Investigate internal excess & short picks and feed causes through to the operation
Responsible yearly staff performance, teamwork and etc
Ensure KPI is met and prompt submission of reports
Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff
Prepare and manage reports, manuals, and other documents using WMS or Microsoft office
Initiate and maintain orderly records in compliance with company regulations
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Accept overtime and shift work
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager or Immediate Superior in support of operations when necessary
