- Provide support in day-to-day site management, from upkeep planning and supplier coordination to overseeing refurbishment efforts and equipment sourcing.
- Assist with sourcing, bidding activities, and negotiation processes to ensure efficient and regulation-aligned acquisitions.
- Monitor financial usage, compile routine performance and governance summaries, and manage documentation for inspections and leadership reviews.
- Liaise with external service providers to ensure timely execution of services and adherence to contract terms.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting operations, procurement, and facilities in the healthcare industry.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a methodical approach to work.
