Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing daily construction operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Coordinating with different teams (project, finance, HR, etc) for aligned execution.
- Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Supervising contract reviews, procurement approvals, and payment authorizations.
- Managing project handing over, dead line and ensuring the smooth delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Demonstrating ability to lead teams, manage projects, and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
- The ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and ensure smooth workflow across departments is crucial.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality assurance systems is typically required.
- The ability to identify and resolve issues related to project progress, safety, and resource allocation.
- Experience with project scheduling, conflict management, and vendor management is often sought after.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
