• Strong Hands on experience in oracle fusion or EBS – Finance and procurement functional module (SAAS – Fusion based – preferred)

• Cross skill functional understanding of oracle modules (finance, procurement, HR…etc)

• Experience of technical hands on minor modifications on oracle reports and interface mappings

• Support management experience on L2 Triaging, Incidents, service requests and problem requests

• Experience on troubleshooting/ diagnosis on production issues, Log verifications, job verifications.

• Support management experience on L3 – Change request and enhancements.
