Job description:
- Lead daily outlet operations, aligning with company values, brand culture, and service standards.
- Monitor and anticipate customer needs to ensure an excellent customer experience and prompt resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with all operating procedures.
- Supervise and ensure accurate daily sales reporting and timely banking of sales takings.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate stock ordering, and conduct periodic stock checks to prevent losses.
- Coach, train, and motivate staff to ensure a cohesive team environment and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Support manpower planning and assist with staffing coverage during operational or promotional events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
