Paralegal, Global Credit

OMERS Global Credit invests in both developed and developing markets of Asia Pacific and across the entire capital structure from its Singapore office.

We are looking for a highly motivated law graduate to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will support the Global Credit investment team in the pursuit and execution of investments in mainly private markets, (co-)investments involving third party managers, and leverage facilities with OMERS Global Credit as borrower.

As a member of the Global Credit team, reporting to the Director, Legal based in Singapore, the Paralegal will be involved in the investment process and legal operations, including NDAs, wall-crossings, KYC requests, investment authorizations, corporate secretarial documents, signing and closing mechanics. The Paralegal will liaise with external legal and other professional advisors, as well as internal teams in compliance, finance, operations, tax and trading.
