Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant
- Familiar with Xero accounting software (to follow based on existing accounting standards)
- Familiar with Singapore accounting system + GST Quarterly Filing (which is automated via Xero upon monthly reconciliation)
- Able to do monthly reports (which is automated via Xero upon monthly reconciliation)
- Able to upload invoices to Xero (data entry of invoices into system)
- Salary paid in Singapore dollars after the job is completed every month, ie. when the accounts done for Jan, salary will pay within 15 working days
- Only when the job is done, then salary will be paid.
