Our Customer Service Officers are the face of our brand, providing warm, personalised service and supporting parents with their enquiries. We’re looking for passionate, service-oriented individuals to join us as Part-Time Customer Service Officers.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Leads Management
- Confidently share and promote TWC programmes to current and prospective customers
- Follow up with leads, arrange trial lessons, and support the enrolment process
- Respond to queries via phone, email, and walk-ins effectively and professionally
Customer Service
- Provide prompt, friendly service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and escalating when needed.
- Maintain a cheerful, professional attitude to create a welcoming experience.
- Listen to feedback and share insights to improve service.
- Stay updated on programmes and promotions to share accurate info.
- Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organised, accurate, and up-to-date records of customer interactions, follow-ups, key activities, and relevant data.
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties, such as scheduling student classes, managing enrolments, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate registration and enrolment data.
- Assist teachers and students where needed and contribute to smooth centre operations
- Other duties associated with the role and assigned by the line manager.
Work Hours
- Weekdays: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)
- Weekends: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)
- Commitment: At least 3 days in a week, including at least two weekend shifts.
- Work schedule will be arranged based on your availability and subject to mutual agreement with the company.
Work Location
Part-time staff may be assigned to any of our centres islandwide, in accordance with operational requirements. However, we will take your location preferences into consideration when finalising deployment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (enrichment/education setting preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MacBook and G-Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and attention to detail
- Sales experience is a plus
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work at different centres when required
- Students from ITE, Polytechnic, and University levels are welcome to apply.
