About the Role
We’re seeking a part-time or freelance digital designer to support our marketing team. The role combines visual designwith basic content management, helping us launch and promote live events efficiently across digital channels.
This is not an open job listing—it’s a targeted opportunity for someone we’d like to work with directly. We’re open to negotiating project-based or time-based ratesdepending on experience and availability.
Scope of Work
- Design digital banners and visual assets in multiple sizes for website, social media, and email campaigns
- Create simple animated graphics (GIFs, MP4s) for concert announcements or promotional visuals
- Adapt and optimise assets for various platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, desktop/mobile web)
- Upload and update event pages via WordPress (e.g. replacing banners, updating text, adding cinema listings)
- Support social media content posting (scheduling posts, uploading creatives, basic copy/paste)
- Prepare multilingual versions of assets (e.g. English, Japanese, Chinese, where required)
- Ensure visual consistency and correct formatting across all outputs
What We’re Looking For
- Good eye for layout, typography, branding, and digital storytelling
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Canva and After Effects are a bonus)
- Comfortable with WordPress for basic content updates (e.g. using block editor, uploading images)
- Familiar with social media formats and content specs
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Enthusiastic about entertainment, design, and digital media
- Students or early-career creatives welcome—portfolio or sample work required
Working Arrangement
- Estimated 10–20 hours per week (may vary based on project needs)
- Flexible hours; remote-friendly
- Engagement based on per artwork rateor hourly/project retainer
- Occasional check-ins with the marketing team for planning and feedback
