We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Project Manager to support our global automotive paint protection film (PPF) business. The ideal candidate will bring organizational skills, creativity, and marketing awareness to help manage projects across social media, brand refresh initiatives, administrative tasks, and marketing execution. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of branding, operations, and marketing within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Task Management
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across brand refresh initiatives.
- Track progress of ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and creative partners when needed.
2. Social Media & Marketing
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar.
- Coordinate scheduling, posting, and reporting of social media activities.
- Support implementation of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.
3. Brand & Corporate Identity
- Oversee execution of brand refresh initiatives across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency of branding across social media, website, marketing materials, and events.
4. Administrative Support
- Manage administrative tasks such as trademark applications, website hosting/maintenance, and domain management.
- Assist in coordinating contracts, documentation, and records related to marketing and branding activities. Provide general support to management team in operational and administrative matters.
Requirements
5 Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in project coordination, marketing support, or brand management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and digital marketing basics.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Monday.com, AI-tools or equivalent)
3 Nice-to-Have
- Experience with website CMS (e.g., Shopify) and basic digital tools (Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Able to speak basic Chinese.
Working Arrangements
- Part-Time: Approx. 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule, with some fixed deadlines).
- Location: Remote with occasional on-site meetings (if applicable). Compensation: Competitive hourly or monthly rate, depending on experience.
