We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organisation. The ideal candidate will provide professional front desk service, handle incoming queries, and support general administrative functions to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for guests, members, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, members, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and email enquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
- Manage visitor registration and issue passes, if applicable
- Schedule appointments or bookings as needed
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document handling
- Coordinate with internal departments to relay messages and follow up on enquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance and manner
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work part-time shifts
