About the Role
Zero-Error Systems (ZES) is seeking an efficient and resourceful HR Manager in the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's strategic goals. You will work closely with management and employees to address staffing, training, talent development, and other HR-related functions specific to the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and ensure timely submissions for statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
- Review, implement, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Support and guide managers in performance management processes, appraisals, and career development plans.
- Plan and implement training programs and employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
- Work with Finance team on HR related grant reimbursements.
- Drive HR projects and change management initiatives to support business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above in HR Management or equivalent
- Prior experience in HR roles within the semiconductor or closely related industries are an added advantage.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g Talenox / Carta) will be advantage.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently.
