Job Responsibilities:
As part of the Regional HR team, this role is primarily responsible for processing payroll, annual tax filing and preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll reports in SG and to also provide payroll support to our regional offices. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements & Government regulations on matters pertaining to payroll.
HR Operations
- Handle end to end payroll processing, including computation of monthly salaries and overtime through payroll systems and bank submissions
- Manage IR8A preparation and submission for tax clearance purposes. Prepare and submit IRAS filings
- Ensure timely submission of government related claims including NS make-up pay, maternity leave, childcare leave, etc.
- Compile and prepare payroll summary reports
- Responding to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits and general matters
- Maintenance of leave records
Work Pass and Compliance
- Manage all work pass matters, including documentation, applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of government and MOM-mandated surveys and statutory submissions.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource/Payroll Administration Management or relevant qualifications.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements (e.g. CPF, IRAS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS.
- Capable of performing effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available immediately/within short notice is highly preferred.
