We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong foundation in Google Search & Display advertising, ideally honed in agency environments, and capable of leading campaign strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
This is not just an operations role. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, data, creative, and business, helping shape how we acquire and convert leads for our training programmes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive quality leads for our training programmes
- Audit and improve existing performance frameworks — from keyword strategy to audience segmentation to funnel conversion
- Analyse performance using GA4 and Google Ads dashboards to derive actionable insights that shape budget allocation, ad messaging, and content strategy
- Lead and brief internal creative teams (designers & content writers) on ad visuals, messaging, and landing page requirements
- Monitor conversion and attribution metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score), and ensure that spend efficiency aligns with business targets
- Continuously test and optimise creative formats, copy angles, landing pages, and calls-to-action
- Keep abreast of changes in Google Ads policies, ad formats, tracking technologies (GA4, GTM), and user behaviour shifts Collaborate with the sales, content, and product teams to align campaign objectives and customer journeys
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, with strategic-level exposure in campaign planning and reporting
- Agency or multi-brand environment experience preferred — ability to work across multiple funnels and audiences
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager
- Strong working knowledge of campaign performance metrics and optimisation levers
- Confidence in briefing and managing creatives : translating data insights into strong visual/messaging direction
- Highly analytical mindset — able to turn insights into decisions
- Self-starter with excellent time management, able to lead initiatives independently
