• Oversee daily schedules and performances of all performing artists.
• Ensure all shows run smoothly, on time, and according to plan.
• Assign roles, sets, and performance slots to artists.
• Act as the main point of contact between management and artists.
• Handle conflicts, provide guidance and support to performers.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new performing artists.
• Maintain performance logs, artist schedules, and feedback records.
• Observe crowd engagement and suggest improvements to enhance entertainment value.
