Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the club to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
- Lead the audition, rehearsal, and selection processes for all performing artiste candidates.
- Evaluate on-stage performance of artistes on a monthly basis and provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Enforce discipline and uphold professional standards among artistes and crew.
- Ensure a high standard of guest hospitality and overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new artistes and support staff.
- Plan, assign, and manage work schedules and responsibilities.
- Recognize and appraise outstanding performance of artistes and support personnel.
- Provide coaching and performance improvement plans for underperforming artistes.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect.
- Address and resolve any operational issues, complaints, or performance concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in performing arts or entertainment management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the nature of the role.
