Responsibilities
- Provide professional chauffeur services for the Managing Director and family to business meetings, personal appointments, and social events.
- Consistently present a professional image, with appropriate dress and behavior while at work.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure punctual arrivals and departures, taking into account traffic patterns and potential delays.
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including cleanliness, fueling, and adherence to scheduled servicing and maintenance.
- Drive safely and responsibly at all times, strictly observing traffic laws and regulations.
- Manage time effectively to accommodate changing schedules and urgent requests.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters relating to the Managing Director’s personal and professional affairs.
