- Approximatly 30k to 80k a year
- basic 1500-2000 per month. based on the experience
- Minimum 3 years of fitness training experience (eg. weightlifting) in any fitness-related settings
- Must have good knowledge of muscle anatomy
- Must have experience teaching adults, kids, and groups
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in related fields, e.g. Sports Science, preferred
- Must possess passionate and positive attributes, strong and humble work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Embrace enthusiastic, speedy, and active perspectives
- Flexibility in working hours, e.g. non-traditional schedules that may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Capable of working in an environment that requires a high level of physicality
- Must complete the mandatory instructor training program for 12-16 weeks
- Must be Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certified
- Must have both a motorcycle and a car license
- Provide Transportation Allowance
- Commission Allowance
