Job Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Prepare sales-related documents and offers, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Sourcing:
- Ensure suppliers are legally approved and authorized to supply products.
- Source and qualify new suppliers from time to time.
- Discuss with potential partners on possible collaboration and positioning in projects.
Quality:
- Review and approve of technical agreements which include subcontracted activities according to quality standards.
- Ensure an effective quality system is implemented and maintained according to GDP standards.
- Prepare, maintain and review quality-related documents and records.
- Work on the approval of therapeutic products in accordance with established SOPs.
- Release incoming therapeutic products into stock through checking of COAs and other established QC procedures as per SOP.
- Communicate and follow up closely with the manufacturers and/or suppliers for quality related matters.
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy or related discipline.
- Candidates with prior knowledge and/or experience in the distribution of therapeutic products are preferred.
- Has to be a Registered Pharmacist in Singapore.
- Knowledge of WHO MQAS and MSF requirements is an added advantage.
- Candidates with no prior experience but have the passion to pursue a career in this industry may apply.
